If you encounter issues such as defects, or damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@kimunitysoulutions.com with a picture of the defect or damage. We are committed to resolving these issues swiftly, with exceptional customer care.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact us at support@kimunitysoulutions.com. 

We are unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
