KimUnity Soulutions Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to KimUnity Soulutions LLC, where we embrace our core values in every aspect of our customer experience, including our Refund and Return Policy.

15-Day Return or Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the delivery of your item to request a return or exchange by emailing support@kimunitysoulutions.com. All return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We also require a picture of the item you wish to return to better understand your reasons for the return and to ensure a smooth process.

Initiating a Return

To begin a return, please reach out to us at support@kimunitysoulutions.com. Customers are responsible for paying for return postage and shipping the returned item. 

Please note that returns received without prior approval will not be returned, exchanged or refunded, so please contact support@kimunitysoulutions.com. Once reviewed and approved, the return address will be provided.

Addressing Damages and Issues

If you encounter issues such as defects, or damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@kimunitysoulutions.com with a picture of the defect or damage. We are committed to resolving these issues swiftly, with exceptional customer care.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, that your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@kimunitysoulutions.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Damaged items
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards
  • Downloadable Products

Questions and Perspective Cards

We want you to love your QandP Cards, and we take pride in delivering a quality experience.

Please note:

  • Opened decks are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or issue with the cards.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective deck, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
