Make It How You Want It

What is it that you want?  Do you even know?  Have you spent time thinking about it? What are the details?  Can you see it, smell it, or feel it?

We can't make it happen until we know what it is we want.

The beauty about being in charge, the owner, or the leader is making 'it' how you want it (with some boundaries and restrictions, of course).  

As a parent, we create the rules in how we want our ship to run.  Whether it's bedtimes, cell phone limitations, choice of food, or spiritual beliefs we follow, we are making the decision.  Once the child is grown, they will begin making their own decisions and hopefully remain in close alignment with how they were raised (assuming it was a healthy environment).

As a business or business owner, we put the polices, mission, and code of conduct together for how we want to lead.

Even with this blog, I am realizing that each one doesn't have to be a certain length..as long as it's authentic.  Whether a sentence, a question, paragraph, or dissertation, I am creating what I want.

Why obligate yourself to certain responsibilities or limitations if that's not what you really want.

Make It How You Want It...just like I am now.
