Free Flow: When Doing What You Love
What are you doing when you're in your 'free flow' state? What does free flow mean? It's defined as: characterized by easy freedom in movement, progression, or style by the Merriam-Webster dictionary. I'm referring to it as in a happy, comfortable and natural state where everything flows with ease and you can easily lose track of time.
What is that for you?
Maybe it's writing, singing, drawing, or working in your business. It can be anything, but the beauty of it is, once you're there you will know...and, so will those around you. You will start to hear them say, " Do you know what time it is?", "How much longer?", Don't forget about us", "When is your next break?"
Sound familiar?
How does that make you feel? Do you feel pulled to exit the free-flow? Do you actually stop? Now, how do you think those around you feel?
The Free Flow Dilemma
We want to follow our passion. We want to get closer to our dream. We're trying to reach a good stopping point. We're on a roll. When do you stop? For how long?
The best part of presenting scenarios and asking questions is that it makes us think; not just about ourselves, but others. It should also peak your interest into their perspectives. While it may feel amazing to lose yourself in doing what you love, it's important to consider those around you. Here is where we have to learn to balance passion and responsibility.

Communicate and Be realistic. Making false promises with good intentions is still a loss. Be intentional.
